Shipping Information

We want your Emelynkz pieces to reach you safely and on time—because you deserve to shine without delay.

Before You Checkout

Double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays. If anything is entered incorrectly, we may need to contact you to verify before shipping.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order if there’s a concern about potential fraud.

Processing & Shipping Times

Ground Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will ship out the same day after payment is verified.

Next Day & Two-Day Shipping: Place your order before 12:00 PM PST to have it ship that same day.

Please note: We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories

Yes, we got you! Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before shipping fees and after discounts). Be sure to select this option at checkout!

Shipping costs for all other orders will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

Choosing expedited shipping? That only affects delivery speed, not how quickly we process your order.

All packages are shipped with USPS.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package at usps.com.

Important: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, Emelynkz Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your order closely.
